1. Agreement and Acceptance

1.1 Binding Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and jl96f.cam (the "Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), operated under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering an account, accessing our website, or using any of our gaming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

1.2 Modifications to Terms

jl96f reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting player rights or obligations will be communicated via email to registered users.

1.3 Additional Policies

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms and Conditions, and any game-specific rules published on our platform. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and specific game rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that particular game.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for an account and participate in any gaming activities on jl96f. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended, and all funds may be forfeited.

By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay. Use of VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your location is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To register an account with jl96f, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and Philippine mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one account with jl96f. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, whether under different names or using different contact information, are strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and disqualification from promotional offers.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify jl96f immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jl96f accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, and over-the-counter payments through authorized partners including 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at our discretion.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Verified accounts enjoy higher transaction limits. All limits are published on our banking page and may be adjusted at our discretion.

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers may take 1-4 hours during business days depending on your bank's processing times. Over-the-counter payments are credited upon confirmation from our payment partner, usually within 30 minutes to 2 hours. jl96f is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

3.4 Withdrawal Policy

Players may request withdrawals at any time, subject to verification requirements and wagering conditions. Withdrawal requests are processed within 4 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Philippine Time). Requests submitted outside business hours or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.

3.5 Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, jl96f requires account verification to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. Verification typically requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or postal ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months), and in some cases, a selfie holding your ID. Failure to provide requested documents may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.6 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

jl96f operates in full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least one time before withdrawal is permitted. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions or suspicious activity patterns. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering purposes will be immediately frozen and reported to appropriate authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by jl96f are subject to specific terms and conditions published on our promotions page. These include but are not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, time limits for wagering completion, and restrictions on withdrawal before wagering requirements are met. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus would require ₱30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, most table games contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

jl96f reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void winnings if we suspect bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as simultaneous opposite bets), or any other activity deemed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine gameplay. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended.

4.4 Promotional Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotion being terminated early, players who have already claimed the offer will be allowed to complete wagering requirements under the original terms unless otherwise notified.

5. Gameplay and Game Rules

5.1 Game Fairness

All games provided on the jl96f platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified by accredited testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by RNG and are not influenced by previous results, player actions, or external factors. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published in the game information section.

5.2 Game Rules and Disputes

Each game has specific rules governing gameplay, payouts, and valid bets. Players are responsible for understanding game rules before wagering real money. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcome or rules interpretation, jl96f's decision based on game logs and RNG records shall be final. 5.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the rare event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software bug that affects game outcome, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to players. jl96f is not liable for losses incurred due to technical failures, internet connection issues, or third-party service disruptions. We recommend maintaining a stable internet connection while playing.

5.4 Maximum Payout Limits

Unless otherwise specified in specific game rules, the maximum payout from any single game round is ₱10,000,000 (Ten Million Philippine Pesos). Progressive jackpot wins are excluded from this limit and are paid according to the jackpot amount displayed at the time of the win. Large wins may be paid in installments at our discretion, though full payment will be completed within 90 days.

6. Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fraudulent Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination: using stolen or fraudulent payment methods, depositing funds that do not belong to you, chargebacks or payment reversals after losses, collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, using software or bots to automate gameplay, exploiting software bugs or system vulnerabilities, and providing false information during registration or verification.

6.2 Underage Gambling

Allowing persons under 21 years of age to use your account is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring that minors in your household do not have access to your jl96f account credentials. Discovery of underage gambling will result in permanent account closure and reporting to appropriate authorities.

6.3 Account Sharing

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account credentials with others, allowing others to use your account, or transferring account ownership is prohibited. Each individual must register and use their own account.

8. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

8.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, jl96f grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any commercial use, resale, or distribution of our services or content.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While jl96f strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times. We are not liable for service interruptions, server downtime, maintenance periods, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, power outages, internet service provider failures, or cyber attacks.

9.2 Indirect Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jl96f shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited with jl96f in the six months immediately preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of jl96f services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

10.2 Internal Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jl96f through our internal customer service process. Contact our support team with details of your complaint, and we will investigate and respond within 14 business days. Most disputes can be resolved amicably through direct communication.

10.3 PAGCOR Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our internal resolution of a complaint, you have the right to escalate the matter to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight division. PAGCOR provides independent dispute resolution services for complaints against licensed operators. Their decision in regulatory matters is final and binding on both parties.

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; you would need to register a new account subject to eligibility requirements.

11.2 Termination by jl96f

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse bonuses, provide false information, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform or comply with legal obligations. In cases of account termination for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

14.4 Force Majeure

jl96f shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, natural disasters, or failures of third-party telecommunications or hosting providers.
